> Where do we build?
We build in the metropolitan area and this build area extends to approximately within 100 kilometres of the CBD. Conditions apply to build in suburbs further north than Gawler, please contact office. Travel fees will apply for homes built outside the metropolitan area.
> How long does the building process take?
The average build time from the time of signing contract to site is 6 months pre-construction and 5 months construction from site to handover. Please note that these times will vary for block developments.
> How long does Council approval take?
This will always depend on the Council but approximately 8-10 weeks
> How long is home covered under warranty?
We offer a 25 year structural guarantee on footings and structural members. Any appliances are covered as per manufacturers warranty. All other components of home are covered under a 5 year statutory guarantee.
