Oakford Homes offers a variety of house designs from spacious traditional 3 and 4 bedroom family homes to villa and courtyard homes suited for smaller blocks. Whether you are looking for a new home, investment property or retirement property we can find the right design to suit your living requirements. We also offer house and land packages and assist in block development.

We are committed to offering outstanding customer service and attention to detail in every home that we build. Both the internal and external finishes are of excellent quality and designs are created to suit various budgets and contemporary living requirements. Quality starts from design to completion. We allocate a Project Co-ordinator and Building Supervisor to each home to ensure that the building process runs smoothly.

Oakford Homes builds approximately 150 homes a year with the aim to ensure that an outstanding level of individual customer satisfaction and attention to detail is achieved. The company continues to expand its homes to incorporate the latest design and technology features including computer rooms, home theatres and security systems as well as energy efficient heating and cooling systems.
