Our Hartley Design Excels at This Year's HIA-CSR Awards!

Oakford Homes is so proud to announce that our beautiful Hartley display home has won the 2024 South Australian Display Home - $350,000 to $550,000 category at the 2024 HIA-CRS South Australian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards this month!

The Hartley display home, established in 2023, is inspired by the classic Hamptons style. Its external Scyon Linear cladding reflects a sense of tradition, craftsmanship, and elegance. However, the stunning exterior is just the beginning of the remarkable features that the Hartley has to offer.

We thoughtfully designed this home to comfortably include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second lounge, a mudroom, an open-plan living area, and a butler's pantry, all within 271 square meters. It includes all of the must-have features for a growing family. The master suite features a luxurious walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom is a three-way design and is located off a corridor with the remaining bedrooms providing extra privacy from the main living space. The open-plan living area includes built-in cupboards and benches, highlighted by a beautiful island bench. The kitchen offers two sinks, ample storage, and a servery leading to the alfresco area.

The Hartley features vaulted ceilings that enhance the sense of space and allow natural light to flood into the home. This design element is essential for creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the living areas. The home's styling incorporates a neutral colour scheme and soft textures, further contributing to the soothing ambience.
